Booking Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in/pickup.

  • If cancelation occurs 30 days before check-in/pickup the guests will receive a 100% refund.

  • If cancelation occurs 30 days within check-in/pickup the guests will receive a 50% refund.

  • If cancelation occurs 14 days within check-in/pickup the guests will receive a 0% refund.

  • In the event that the booked accommodation or vehicle service is oversubscribed, involved in a collision, encounters maintenance issues, or undergoes a sale, the host reserves the right to reassign the client to an alternative arrangement of comparable value. Should the client decline this alternative, they acknowledge and accept the potential forfeiture of their booking deposit.

Restrictions

We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of any substance, hung over or in an unsafe manner to drive. No refunds only a credit for another day will be offered.
